Nathalie's One on One LYD Course

Human Design can be a very complicated and theoretical concept to fully grasp. Even once you think you may have somewhat grasped the basics, that awareness rarely translates into action. The magic of Human Design is in the actual hands-on experiment enabled by translating the knowledge into action and integrating it through daily living.  Not only did Nathalie go into the depths of the fundamentals of HD in a thorough yet digestible way, she also created the space where her teachings were highly conducive to real-world application, enabling the integration of the principles in my daily life. It is for this reason that I found completing the LYD course with Nathalie to be a totally transformative experience for me. 

After receiving an in-depth Human Design reading with Nathalie, I was inspired to enroll in her LYD program. The insights from the reading were skillfully utilized to craft a personalized learning environment that maximized my learning potential.
After learning that group settings weren't my ideal learning environment, I made the choice to go for the one-to-one weekly sessions that spanned over several weeks. In the sessions, we were able to dive deep in the material in ways that allowed for a lot of active engagement on my part. 
She made space for my  style of processing information. Each week, I could bring questions and observations from my personal life experiences to test my own understanding of the knowledge, which she happily answered and addressed. 
Because she made so much provision for it, the course became a valueable training in building and practicing the skill of using my authority. Nathalie made space for my need to soundboard which sometimes took over our sessions (heheh). She was always patient with my process because she understood that that’s what I needed and it made the entire experience so much more effective for me. I felt empowered and seen throughout the entire course. 

Nathalie also continuously shared insights from my chart and the charts of the people in my life and offered personal anecdotes that all really brought the material to life in a way that was real and relatable. 
I felt she gave a realistic twist to the materials which can be often portrayed in too hypothetical and theoretical ways often not grounded in personal experience. As a result, I learnt so much about myself and cultivated a deeper understanding of the people in my life.

The course helped me to  discover, explore and own my strengths, talents, insecurities and source of my conditioning. Sometimes it got a bit too hard to face the truth of who I am and how deeply conditioned I still am. It’s so easy to get lost in the mind throughout the process. Nathalie’s very direct & sometimes hard-to-hear honesty were instrumental in testing how true I was being to my body (& not the conditioning of my mind). 
Our sessions were filled with challenges to look deeper within and to be really honest with myself which, I think is what the course requires to truly be effective. The conditioning-based ideas of who I am, what I believe in and how I should started to dissolve as a result.  Also, as much as there were great powerful aha-moments for me in between sessions, there was a lot of grief to process. The work that I started in our sessions and continue to do today has done wonders for my self-esteem, my self-understanding and how I approach and navigate the world.

Nathalie’s animated personality, cutting honesty, deep relatability and wealth of wisdom turned this course into a completely life-shifting experience for me. Highly recommend.
